Well you can't say you didn't have enough time to get in touch with HQ or the Branch.

If it's a yes vote it's a yes vote, no good crying over spilt milk. Hayes and Ward have obviously been vindicated by the MCs at least though it's the DOs who are going to feel the backlash - the flexibility and covering duties will hit DOs a lot harder than MCs because they work at capacity most days anyway.

If i remember the rules, you cannot have a replacement ballot paper if yours does not arrive...its tough luck.

I work in a mail centre and i voted no!

But there were those who said it will only affect the delivery postman.

Other even harked back to the way forward and remembered what happened to the phg grade blaming the deliveries for voting that in.

Others commented on how some of the delivery units came in.

I tried to stick up for delivery units and postman and said that as a union we must be united and stick together.

But Rm have been very astute...they

put d2d on back burner..probally to bring in for nothing later.

put monthly pay out to working group...probally later...again!

Rm divided and won.. we didn't stick together and now postman will learn the hard way.

the strong office s like the one s getting 32 or 12 hrs sa this christmas will get stronger and the s**t offices will get worse if thats possible its ok saying we are the union but from where i am sitting we are nowhere near beign united we have never been so far divided so my Â£3 will be going into a savings scheme for me not for the shitty goverment or hayes or ward

its a sad reflection of the staff royal mail are trying to employ people who will do anything for them

it should not be about strong offices and my office as the full support of the local cwu rep... the cwu at top level should support all do offices.
by the way 100% backing from all at my office for industrial action no one crossed the picket line.

why don't everyone chill out and do the job properly then you won't get any extra work imposed on you.our dom has admitted that if he tries this on with any of us he knows we will just laugh at him. there are bigger disappointments in life than losing this vote. we all now have the opportunity to make it work in our favour.

who voted yes no one i have spoken to unless they are all totally spineless .it.s the end of youre job as you know it yes you will get a few poxy quid a week more but you will have to work your bollocks off for it .the way forward was one big stitch up and so will this be .get xmas out of the way then the s**t will slowly hit the fan a peice at a time then see if it was worth it .did all the strike breakers get two votes ?.this whole thing stinks do the job properly and you may have a slight chance but trackers in vans and walks is just the start .suicide is pain less....................................................

I hadnt heard about the trackers on walks yet? when is that due?
