Six Sheffield postal workers from the Pond Street Delivery Office climbed to the top of Scafell Pike in memory of their colleague and friend, Jeremy, who passed away unexpectedly last month.
Jeremy had worked at Royal Mail for many years and colleagues said he "had probably delivered to every address in Sheffield".
A 2am start and a four-hour drive to the Lake District was the start of their climb before another beverage at the top of England's highest peak to honour their friend.
By fundraising online they've raised over £1,000 for Heeley City Farm, a charity Jeremy was fond of.
