Richard Wood, known as Rick, tragically died suddenly and unexpectedly one night in February, leaving his friends family and colleagues in shock.
His friend and fellow postie Jonathan Horbury completed a whopping 100-mile cycle ride on Sunday, July 19, in his memory - and to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
He has already hit his £1,000 target but says any donations are still very welcome.
Thanking people for their support, Jonathan said: "I hope you can support me and keep Rick's memory alive."
