Royal Mail customers are reporting problems with the company's Click and Drop service, with many saying they are unable to access the platform or process orders.
Dozens of users have taken to X, formerly Twitter, to report issues, with some saying they are unable to create shipping labels or complete transactions through the service.
One user wrote: "Congrats to @RoyalMail @click_and_drop for rolling out a password update, which doesn't actually email you a link to reset - now stuck not being able to send anything!"
Others said they were unable to log in, purchase postage or were receiving error messages when trying to use the platform.
At the time of writing, Royal Mail has not acknowledged any problems on its official service status page.
The Mirror has approached Royal Mail for comment and will update this story when more information becomes available.
