Can any offer help or advice. I am having some issues at work with work place adjustments. The way the whole process has been handled is shocking. Has a result now I have been told to stay at home until a meeting can be arranged (not sure if i get paid or not). I now wish to put a complaint in about the Managers where i work. But cant get my head around the process I have to follow. Only been at Royal Mail since April 2017.
I know I am protected under the Equality Act 2010.
If anyone can help that would be great.
