2d barcode scanning

A quick question is there any conduct agreement to do with 2d barcoding as I have had under 85 0/0 2 weeks running and been threatened with a warning before they have the full facts,scanner playing up etc.

Remember if there's 2 of you in a shared van doing 2 rounds then both of you contribute to the results . So if your partner doesn't scan items then it drops you in it ,

We've been told not to scan 2d as it affects the results and always scan old barcodes.

Just wondered if there is any agreement for this as scanner breakdowns and poor signals can affect results surely.

poor barcode prints wont scan
wet weather smudges cheap ink on barcodes wont scan
ask your manager if it doesn,t scan if you can bring item back and let him try and produce scan

According to manager all failures are our fault.

I try a couple of times and if no joy it gets posted it would be interesting to be conducted over this as what could they conduct you for
