Hi,5 years ago i had an accident in the office and due to this i was off for 3 months with my knee which brought on arthritis.I put in a claim and won on my return i was given a rural duty as i could only walk for about 20-25 minutes before i had to stop due to the pain. Now we are about to have a re-pick of duties and i would be grateful if someone could advise me what the best course of action would be to stay on my duty,thank you

Get your documentation together (hopefully you kept it)

and approach the H&S rep with a view to ring fencing it, or making reasonable adjustments to another.

Sounds to me like u should be pushing for an indoor duty due to health reasons.
