Hi I have 4 weeks holiday still to pick unfortunately as our group is heavy loaded with those with children and grand children all school holidays have gone , my wife works in a school and my 3 kids are still in school which means 4 weeks off without them. I have asked if the groups could be more equal as some groups have very few folks needing school holidays but have been told no. Can you please advise .
