Unpaid wage advice

Hi,

I was a postie til 25:Jan. I still haven't had my last week's overtime pay and backdated annual leave.

DO seem unwilling/incapable to process but keep saying they're looking into it.

Payroll no help at all.

I was in union.

Any advice?

I think you are just over the time limit for infustrial tribunal claim, so you may have to resort to a small claims court case as a final resort
