Im writing firstly, to ask you to reject the deal for obvious reasons, but if this pile of sh*te gets in, we ll have to live with it. Now if thats the case ,it makes "doing the job properly" vital, the offices that are doing this are automatically putting their rep in a much stronger position when it comes to local negotiations,IF? its voted in. Please go in an encourage everybody to do the job properly. A mass show of unity now, might sheild you from some of the sh*te this agreement will bring with it if the worst happens
