Heard this today, a postman was talking to a postman from Letchworth Office (who have worked everyday of the strike). He said that the dom there is going to introduce a form of flexible working anyway. The scab postman from Letchworth was moaning said"we don't know who to turn to". .
Well hahahaha tough if you had supported the action you might have some backing. Because they didn't walk out the Dom thinks he can do what he wants now and they will take it. Bad luck we won't be helping you out.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
