There's no getting round it, the union bosses are no more than pet poodles for the RM executives. Is there no way that the union leadership can be removed and replaced by someeone with some balls? The dispute will never end at ths rate.

Its just a shame there isnt another RM union that can be joined, the only one we have sucks bigtime.

With the new deal, the RM executives get exactly what they wanted in the first place, the union bosses get a pat on the head and a drink FROM the RM executives, and yet again all the workers get out of all this is totally screwed :cfo :lfo

Can't we get the Firemans union bosses to represent us? They seem to know how to get things done, I seem to recall a few years back they put in for a 40% pay rise and got 16%

It was obvious the first time he was interviewd on tv that hayes had the personality and attack of dolly the sheep
