We are undergoing an office revision and there will be a full repick on completion. We haven't got an IR rep, last time we did this the rep was the main man sorting out who got what based on seniority etc, any ideas on how we get through this one?

Get the area rep involved. A non accredited person will probably not be allowed access documents relating to personal details and seniority if there is a question or dispute.

Details and seniority ?? Its only a sheet off paper with pay number on and start date ,get it off the manager :whistle

but what about ring fenced duties, family friendly ones, EA(DDA) quaklified staf. None of those can be seen by an ordinary postie without breaching the DATA Protection Act.
