Bank holiday day off

Can someone point me to an agreement that states what we are entitled too when our day off falls on a bank holiday please and thanks

It's in the last few Xmas agreements plus in the PSP agreement

Can someone tell me what days hours are worked after a bank holiday, am I right in thinking a tuesday becomes a Monday and the Wednesday becomes the Tuesday (if you see what I mean). Only our dom alters the Wednesday to Wednesday hours if its busy but dosent take into account staff have come in on Tuesday hours thus giving half hour each to the company. Weve asked the union rep but he dosent seem to know. Is there anywhere I can get this info, Thanx in advance

I don't know for definate, but always assumed when they say the old Tuesday is a MOnday etc, it's more in relation to traffic flow than actual hours of attendance.

Otherwise at my DO where the callers is opne late till 8pm on a Wednesday - would that not change to the Thursday?
Would our finish of 13.33 on a Saturday not change to 14.33 as we work on a Friday.
