Quick question....delivery span to remain 3.5 hours?

Asked this yesterday by one member. Is the 3.5 hour delivery span going out the window? I told him no as I believe it was a H+S issue but I then added that I must admit to not seeing anything in writing to confirm that.
This flexible working bollox would be a further nightmare (moreso than it already is, I mean) if this were to happen.
Anyone?

Well mine is taking about 4 hours now that I am following my 318 so maybee they will trim some of of it for me

Maximum 3.5 hours delivery span as agreed in SDD. It's a H&S issue

While we have an 8 hour day it is pretty hard to do much more than 3.5 hours without coming in early,cutting breaks and using cars but all that could change with flexibility so it is vital we keep the 3.5 hour delivery span.

Sorry to bump this ol' thread but now that we've all seen the agreement, does this 3.5 hour still stand? I need to check the SDD agreement about the H+S...

No the 3 1/2hr delivery will not stay because it will be deemed inflexible. This agreement will mean the DOMs/Linos will just get to do whatever they want to and use the flexibility to bully us into compliance. :mad :mad

Looks that way as here's a link to the SDD agreement. No mention of the delivery span under the H+S section, though the pounch weight matrix still stands.
