I have been with the royal mail for about 6 years now, i want to come out of the pension plan and get back the money that i have paid into it, but they have told me that because i have been in the plan for more than 2 and a half years, i cannot get any money back!!!
Does anyone know if this is true????

Yes it's true,you could of stopped before you got to 2 years and got the money back,but after that it's too late,it's the Law.
