has anybody heard anything re: monthly pay?????

Only in the offer RM made after the period of calm was stopped. It was linked to anualised hours. what ever the f--k that means. Oh I know, it must mean I have to be flexible enough to work all of November, December and January and have June, July and August off.

the managers briefing that was linked to on here somewhere a little while back stated that monthly pay would be put in place April 08 . . . . . no ifs, no buts, just "it will be in place" . . . . sounds like more executive action to me
