Delivering to flats

Just wondering if 11 blocks of flats(3floors high) no lifts is deemed excessive on a delivery route. I.e physical strain on body carrying mail on shoulder up and down these flats.

You are joking eh, we have upto 70 stairs on our walks, upto 16 in a stair all on 3 levels, taking upwards of 4hours 40mins every day 5 days a week

139 tenements between me and my partner, so i don't think 11 is excessive

My new duty has 44 blocks of flat with most being three floors high and a few of them four floors, no lifts of course. Doesn't half make a difference to body aches and pains from my old duty where i had no flats. My knees and back are always aching after a shift.

Where does everyone leave their LWT when delivering to flats. We were told by the DIM, that it was all right to leave them in the communal area at the entrance. If you could see the area where we deliver to you will understand why everyone pissed them selves laughing. Everything, and I mean the trolley wold be nicked.

Duties with tenements don't use LWT's, you still use a bag.
