I was sacked in November,what are the chances of me getting any of this bak pay.:-(

slim, although that does depend on the reason for dismissal and whether any legal action is being, has been or will be taken.

Been informed all employees who left RM after April 2013, regardless of the reason why (IHR, dismissal, left to get another job) should automatically get paid any due back pay on the 21st February.

Of course the original poster should be entitled to back pay. If negotiations had concluded on or before 1st April 2013, instead of dragging on for so long, the higher rate would have been in his wage every week, until he was sacked. Nonpayment of the back pay would constitute illegal withholding of wages, surely?
