Over 10 hours overtime back pay

Over 10 hours overtime back pay

When we get our 3% pay rise this will be on all pay from April 2013.
But can anyone tell me as i have done overtime quite a few weeks over 10 hours pw, will i be getting that back pay at just 3% or will any hours worked over 10 hours be backdated at the the overtime rate.

All back pay for rates that have changed - except SA - will be paid on 21 Feb 20134.

The 3% basic pay increase flowing through to all normal allowances, scheduled attendance and overtime rates, will be introduced for weekly paid staff on the 21st February 2014. For monthly paid staff these increases will apply from the 28th February 2014.

So Teebs, do you know something that we dont know about the longevity of a postman (20134 before you get your back pay)

At over 18,000 years and about £500 a year that will be around £9 million in back pay they owe us.
Even I would have voted yes to that.
