Some Advice
A friend of mine started working in 27th November of 2006 and he didn't get enrolled on the pension at the time the What so called Plan from Zurich wasn't active yet so he should've got enrolled in the old pension scheme but never happened and somebody that started before got enrolled without saying nothing just automatically so basically he got enrolled on the plan from Zurich last year so basically missed out on loads of years without pension he gone to DOM and he said there is nothing he can do so we are kinda looking for options so any advice is welcome

Yes - I think he would need proper professional advice for this. Perhaps contacting the Pensions Ombudsman or a Pension Specialist in the Union.
