Post revision help please...

Our office revision has been in a year now...

My duty has settled down into taking basically all my paid hours.

I start on time and take my breaks.

The trouble is i have a new housing estate being built on my round.

I had my first mail for it today so took it to the manager to explain that this estate wasn't in the planning a year ago and will take me over my time as the houses get occupants.

He answered by saying my indoor work was obviously too slow.

Is there any agreed practice for adding new housing onto a duty.

Surely it has to go into pegasus and my frame will need changing?

Any help appreciated.

Future Growth or New Build/Development is a topic of discussion for your local rep and manager at the weekly resource meeting.
Any absorption of extra delivery points should be by agreement,any attempt to implement by executive action should be met with a disagreement.
Basically...give your rep a nudge.

It probably won't affect me until after christmas but it's just so annoying that I'm doing the agreed job on time now but when more is added on I'll be too slow.

If all else fails then do the extra homes but then cut off. Do this a few times and hopefully they will get the message to do something about it.
