Hi everyone im gettingf seriously narked at my dim we have a split office half do rotation week other day off and im on a day off but the dicks keep putting me on rotation week jobs and u can gurantee he will ask you to work day off but i dont wanna give these nothing and to be honest can i go over doms head cos this will be the 2nd week running ive been put on one of these jobs can i put in a grievnce about this

When duty list goes up politely ask Dom which is to be your scheduled day off. Tell him that if he doesn't let you know it a reasonable amount of time you will be having Saturday off. Simples!!!
