Any truth in the Rumour....RM were pressurised into returning to the Negotiations Table by Amazon? Apparently the latest COD game is due to be realised 5th Nov and our "Special" Partners were worried the Strike would upset their launch! 
If so maybe look for RM stalling until after the launch and then throwing their teddy in the corner again.

Surely rm would want this resolved instead of stallling?.
The more they stall the closer it gets to xmas, which for rm would be a disaster if we went out on strike nearer xmas.
