Number 4 smells like a no strike deal!

Seriously! If that happens I'm out of the Union. That takes away any sort of fightback we have.

just when I though we may be getting somewhere and the strike going ahead monday i am then kicked hard in the nuts by the news the strike is off. biggest downer for me is number 4 in the agreement and the highly likely no strike agreement.

i shall go into work with my head bowed knowing the bullying will continue long into xmas and beyond. thanks cwu. thanks for nothing.

Agree our place is a right mess, mail,no going out ,packets left ,staff leaving ,morale at an all time low . Moya why is this happening ,give me a n answer my lovely?

For 2 years we've put up with s**t from managers bullying to complete duties. Now it's ok to leave parcels etc as long as you don't book pressure overtime. There's some absolute bellends high up in Royal Mail.

Hang on and wait for clarification. There are no figures being announced, it's all rather vague and as you rightly say, number four could give cause for concern.

Still, wait for the actual agreement and then you can decide with your vote.

Think your jumping the gun a bit there !
As far as am aware there is no agreement in place and number 4 can mean various things but the union know it can not agree a no strike deal.

Yes, wait and see. But our Union must be made aware that any 'No Strike Agreement' is a complete 'No No' for the vast majority of it's membership.
