sack all the excess useless managers you have within the company and yes you can put both of yourselves down for a p45 as well

get rid of all the pen pushing spineless tw*ts working for you who only know a couple of words such as YES ALLAN YES ADAM

the money saved from all these saved jobs would fund the pension hole and a nice little pay rise for the people who actually do work in royal mail (NO NOT YOU MR MANAGER) yes the posties and the other people who make this once wonderful firm run.

leave the start time's alone, the one thing royal mail has over the competition is the fact that we get the mail out to people at a resonable time, and yes we do enjoy the early starts as we do the early finish so you will get no complaints about that.

stop using the word modernisation as an excuse to cut hours jobs and wages just to line your pockets.

the only reason royal mail was losing money before you came was complete and utter bad overseas investment in things we should have left alone, you mr leighton did nothing anyone with half a brain would have done which was raise the price of stamps, which lets face it was long overdue anyway, and you let a few people go on EVR, most of them wanted to go anyway.

Yet for some reason you are credited with turning the company round.......I THINK NOT

stop wasting money on new style uniforms which we don't need the old one's are fine
stop wasting money on high capacity this and high capacity that just get us a decent waterproof mail bag and leave everything else alone.
stop wasting money on training new mangers up when there are too many at the present time.
stop paying managers 40p per mile travelling just pay them for the fuel they use ( A BIG SAVING)
stop wasting money on video's telling us how brilliant you are we know your an idiot
