hi folkks just a quickie i was on a stage 2 about 9 months ago before this new attendence procdure come out unfortunatley ive had to go sck with a very heavy cold and sickness today am i right in thinking as on new attendence procedure if you go 6 months clear i should be clear am i right

new procedure came in on the 27th of May, so as you have gone 9 months without having a sick (well done by the way) you are indeed off the procedure. Just remember not to have 14 days or 4 separate absences in any rolling 12 month period or you will trigger a Stage 1. You probably picked up the bug at work, no doubt working in a poorly heated and ventilated office, or off a manager who was to afraid to take time off so contaminating the office with his germs.
