We will get £384.09 from April, and another £70.00 lump sum as well.
Wages tried to explain it all to me but they we're just as confused as we are.
The .57p is a rise from last year or summin a % of what we had last year.

All i know now is ,in April we will get £384.09

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

union reps are about as rare as a decent pay rise in our place.
