Conduct ON DELIVERY
Does any one know of any agreements/code of practices that cover employee's conduct SPECIFICALLY whilst on delivery? (rights when talking to customers, threatening/abusive behaviour etc) any help would be much appreciated

Rule of thumb,keep your mouth shut despite what the public throw at you,the link is a recent post,there have been others who have been sacked for argueing back even with no malice or aggression ,'some' management love this kind of s**t...

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
