Make you right mate!!! RM are like a magicians sleave, Full of lies n tricks! I to have been hoodwinked as my very experianced Rep was in my case. The lies RM came out with are scandelous.. I once asked a Manager that "Did he think RM where higher than the law?" And his reply said it all.. "QUOTE" " This isnt a court room (an appeal on my behalf) so i dont care what laws you speak of..."
CLASS.. needless to say i lost my appeal and then was given a code of conduct warning for a false claim.. Independant MY ARSE!!!
