I am vertually a DDA case ( and a mental case cos of the hassle I've had to put up with :chuckle :Sick ) RM know I have a physical problem - they've got a specialist report which they choose to ignore, a doctors letter which they choose to ignore, they know I want an ATOS appointment but won't make one - and still they won't adjust my walk appropriately and which caused my problems in the first place. In the process they are crippling me - what can I do? CWU know about it + solicitors.

go to your local dhss (dole) office and make an apointment to see the disabilty employment adviser and tell her whats going on. keep me posted on how you get on. good luck.
