Official documentation of breaks/meal relief?

does anyone have a download/printoff of the official break/meal relief depending on amount of hrs worked per day?, i can see myself going to war pretty soon with the dom and need to have as much official documentation as possible.

cheers, what is the actual document that is extracted from? - ive seen that before and im sure my dom will argue that, thats just summat i typed up lol
