tom toms for managers!

Post by madbitch »

today was a total success when it comes to those members of staff who feel they need to be selfish and come in on a strike day...... we had 1 none member who quit when the going gets tuff ( 2 days ago) and 2 new boys that have just started( one of which still came in an hour early on a strike day, what a muppet!) and a horrible peice of work acting manager come postperson come shite stirer that is what ever suites them at the time so all in all 4. we got a general good reaction off the public AND EVEN THE FIRE SERVICE STOPPED FOR A CHAT TO SHOW THERE SUPPORT. we got bloody soaked but it was worth it, watching the managers go out with tom toms trying to deliver stuff.... and where did the money come for those? out of our non existant bonus fund aye! just like those stupid plasma screens they cant get to work, well done to the boys at my office, they no who they are!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
