Dropped Mandelson in it saying he & Billy Hayes had a meeting in his office 9 mths ago, Mandy told them he had no confidence in RM management & that he wanted to sell the company to TNT.

He stressed the importance of getting the 2 sides to sit down & reach agreement & for the government to makesure they do.
