DSA Prioritisation-help needed
Our manager told us to prioritise Ist class today if we were not going to complete. When we have prioritised first class before it never included dsa,but today we were told we had to treat dsa as first class ,but of course this was impossible as we had dsa for nearly every delivery point so in the end I had to ignore the dsa otherwise I would not have completed.Anyone know the score on this ?

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: DSA Prioritisation-help needed
We're going to have to change the way we work now as a result of this, each time we cut off then they will have to offer it to a reserve (we're a rural office)or do it themselves .Traditionally Saturdays we would prioritise if busy and didnt deliver DSA ,no wonder longer Saturdays are on the agenda.POSTMAN wrote:Wilful delay big time, but then again, when they do it it's ok huhWessex wrote:Yep.that's what I have always thought, but for meeting QoS our managers treated DSA the same as mailsort when providing a minimum service.POSTMAN wrote:DSA IS 1st class, end of.
