Suggestions on how to get everyone to follow a WTR.....

I'm sure there are many folk here who work in an office where, even though it's been said a thousand times, members still come in early, work through their breaks, don't weigh their bags (I'm guilty of that one myself!), etc.
Since the CWU have perhaps cocked up the ballot forms by not including 'action less of a strike', in what way can I encourage the other members in the office to stop getting off work early and do the job as it is written without getting any flak from the management? Is it just word-of-mouth or is there some other way, such as anonymous posters on the notice board or something? Suggestions please...

On a serious note,you have to educate them,the problem with a lot of posties nowadays is all they want out of the job is TIME.
A lot don't wanna look at the bigger picture,it wasn't until i read about the Burslem guys that i realised what fun the whole thing could be,and i told as many at my place as i could.
Since we've been on the vans even the movers and shakers are now happy with it.
The job is so less stressfull it's unreal,in fact we cheer when we go in and we've been hammered.
10-15 blokes telling screws that they are gonna cut off is some sight i tells ya.
Screws running around like headless chickens is such a great sight as well.
And there's nothing they can do about what you're doing.
Yes we finish later,but with a smile on our faces.Moral is through the roof!
As for how to tell them,quiet words may do it,or copy/paste this and print it for them.
Give them my e-mail i'll bloody tell them!!
