BULLYING AND HARASSMENT

On the subject of harassment let us think of the letters which are dropping through our doors on a daily basis. To quote a paragraph from the Harassment procedure " harassment is any inappropriate and unwanted behaviour that could reasonably be perceived by the recipient or any other person as affecting their dignity." Are these letters starting to make you feel harassed. Are the team briefs raising your blood pressure. You took part in a democratic vote which some people are refusing to recognise.

The first thing to do is ask the harasser to stop, send a letter or e-mail to Leighton explaining this and explain that if the letters don't stop then the matter could go further.

On the subject of bullying once again,quote," Bullying is intimdation on a regular and persistent basis or as a one off which serves to undermine the competence,effectiveness,confidence and integrity of the person on the receiving end. A bully misuses his or her power,position or knowledge to criticise,humiliate and destroy a subordinate, a colleague or their manager."

Does this sound like someone we know...think about it....bullying and harassment. If this was a postperson our feet wouldn't touch the floor.

TURN THE TABLES ON LEIGHTON. USE HIS OWN LAWS TO DESTROY HIM.

don't forget it's not just the bombardment of crap coming thru our doors, on our lovely plasma screens and in our wtl sessions but there's also the incident of him using foul and offensive language in his video to us all ( the no bulls**t video )
