Unless Royal Mail makes a substantial increase to its 2.5 per cent pay offer in the next few days the union will meet on Wednesday to set strike dates.

no we asked our rep this morning but they had heard nothing

this is worth a read and with them offering postcomm free postal service's is it no wonder the regulator is screwing us over

Not heard anything as yet , but i bought a nice folding chair today £6.49 from Tescos even has a cup holder in one of the arms just right for the parties on the gate :nana :dance :nana :dance :cool

The CWU HQ will notify the members before any strike dates are set,don't rely on the press coverage.

There is a PEC on Wednesday so if there is no progress then dates are likely to be set. These dates may or may not be released yet depending on how the talks are going.

HQ want to give RM every chance to come back around the table.
