Can an SA be only an hour....???

Can an SA be only an hour if its tagged onto the end of a duty?? As far as I'm aware the minimum SA duration is 2 hours, but have been told by a manager that if the SA continues from the end of a duty with no break it can be as long or short as they want...is this true?...The SA used to be 2 hours but since management put the delivery times back, the SA is done immediately after the full time delivery and the SA is now only an hour long!!!!

looks like a savings has been made does the rep know this. looks like rob roy the manager has been up to his tricks. there is nothing to state that sa must be 2 hours. i know of duties that have an hours sa.
