Teebs, would it be an idea to sticky this in every forum - as some of us never come in here, but might have concerns, and not know where to go ( or trust their managers to do anything )
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?

Like you've quoted, contact IB and let them deal with it but be warned that management can be very vindictive as I'm sure Norbert will let you know the details.
