Question????????????

If an accident on duty while at work occures and you are not to blame for this accident due to another colleagues inexperience that caused your accident, but because of this accident you are unable to perform your contracted S/A. Have Royal Mail and the CWU put in place any provisions to enable anybody within this prodicament to claim back all monies lost...
If i have not made myself clear please say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought pay was averaged over a period of time and you get paid allowances and S/A when you are on the sick for up to three month's. Don't know for sure but hope this help's.
