Leaving the company on Thursday, need advise on exit

I'm leaving the business this Thursday and I have 14 hours banked on my annual leave card from two bank holiday days which I worked that fell on my day off. I also have an upcoming holiday in March although I'm not expected to get the full pay back on that especially as RM paid for my POAL this year.

Phoned HR yesterday, they told me my manager has access to my A/L and he has to send them an exit calculator so they can pay me. When I called him he didn't seem interested and tried to pass the buck back to HR so I'm 95% sure he won't do it.

So I'll leave the business Thursday, the Robin app will shut down.
How else will I get what's owed to me after that? I heard there is a leavers and joiners number I can ring but need advise from a rep if possible. Thank you
