It has not changed in the contract you signed on joining. As far as I know, there is no agreement on Holiday/leave entitlement beyond resourcing and any changes in employment law.

From my contract it was.

Holiday Entitlement

Your holiday entitlement will be:

On Entry 4 Weeks 2.5 Days
After 5 Years 4 Weeks 3.5 Days
After 15 Years 5 Weeks 1.0 Day
After 20 Years 6 Weeks 0.0 Days

If your hours are part time this entitlement would be pro-rata.

If you look at your leave entitlement on the people app it will tell you what your base entitlement in hours is for the year, for example mine is 222 hours which is 6 weeks at 37 hours per week (6 x 37 = 222)

I'm assuming on 23.5 hours you're on less than a 5 day attendance so yours might not be as easy to visualise but I think it should be something like 23.5 x 4.7 so 110.45 hours, have a look and see if that's looking something like or I could be totally wrong as I'm no mathematician and a bit thick tbh 😂
