Attendance review advice.

Post by randolf »

I've just returned to work after an extended absence due to stress/anxiety caused by workplace issues. I've been given a stage 1 which i was expecting but i'm just wondering if it's worth appealing it because the stress/anxiety was caused by RM.

I've seen posties off with cancer who were told they couldn't appeal a stage 1 on return. Thanks CWU/RM :thumbup

As far as I'm aware, there is no longer an appeal process

As far as I'm aware, there is no longer an appeal process, for stage 1 at least?
