I need to know ASAP if a manager instructs an OPG to scan a parcel which has NOT left the delivery office as 'inaccessible' because he has no one to deliver the item, is that the right thing to do?
Is there any documents or a policy on scanning criteria please?

Tell him to scan in on his number and do it himself

Re: Scanning inaccessible
My advice would be the same as Mafiaman’s — tell them to do it themselves. It’s a deceitful and dishonest practice.
