I would appreciate any documentation on this...
During a bank holiday,for example if a contract is paid at at 1.67p, because we lose a day it attracts a premium and is paid at 20% extra 2.00p.
however i have argued with the DOM that this is optional,and is paid because you are VOLUNTEERING to take mondays work through the rest of
the week(extra weight on delivery,prep,etc)i don't want to do that and have adjusted my sheet accordingly(20% at 1.67p tues-fri)
in effect he's trying to say you get paid extra because they come up late and you've got to take them,
your thoughts?

Just to mention I do exactly the same as "Dog Bait" and it works fine. These last 2 heavy days I have had only 100 or so to deliver out of 600+ - it is definietly worth the effort.
