advice regarding new union rep posting and lack of info

Hi
Just became union rep at my DO, really struggling with the do and do nots of the job.
No handbook, no advice on protocol, only post is they tried tio send me on union reps learning course, wtf is that? Contactred area union room 3 times with no requested forms being sent or return phone call to calrify any point.
Its a good job u guys are on here becaause id be flying blind, but at the same time is this union fu**** or what, does anyone care anymore about doing the riight thing.

Does your area have a CWU website it seems as a few do, they normally have contact details so you might be able to get hold of them that way. Also try the main CWU contacts page and email them as well.

Sub rep at our place,is he entitled to any training/courses of any kind?

There's Union Skills I, II and III and make sure you get on Postal Agreements and Procedures course. Speak to your area rep about it, if you can.
