Preference exercise pt contract

I have pt contract of 24hs but work 30 each week with OT. The VR is made up of 2 elements 1) Payment on length of service 2) Pro rata proportion of £6k. My question is would my figures for both elements be based on 30hs rather than 24hs?

Will part time workers be offered VR? I thought RM wanted more part timers not less.

The criteria for who will be offered it is not known.
