weeks 11 - 21 they want us collapsing walks or banking hours every day a full timer 1 hour and part timer 30 mins and the third option zero pressure for the year and all staff to help split bag carriers walks

Blame it on those people who wanted the £400 :evil/mad as I say in my office 'If you want the £400 then you do all the extra work' as for me they can just shove it where the sun don't shine. :Very Happy

u wouldnt believe how popular the zero pressure for the year is (wait till the sky mags and tesco club cards come in together)

we ve collapsed 3 duties and will cover IF the volumes of mail allow as for ot if you are over then claim or cut simple :chuckle

week 11- to 22 they can enforce walk collapsing by default so i would let them try that myself

In our office, as I understand it, we are collapsing any walk, as and when someone is off, during the summer period. Not entirely happy about it, so will have to wait and see what happens. Think it may go a bit pear shaped one way or another.

Collapsing walks in summer is part of phase 3 which as far as I know isn't agreed anywhere yet. The union have yet to see the results of phase 3 trials, so at the moment summer staffing agreements should be indoor work only. I pity anyone who has to do extra outdoor work for nothing.
