Lorry being late every Saturday

Our 1st lorry is late every Saturday,its been going on since our manager left months ago to goto another office and unfortunately for us our lorry goes in by the old managers office with mail every Saturday,we are getting mail left now till 2nd lorry and obviously the lorry arriving late,we have been told it's because his office is more important,surely this is bullshit,does anyone else have problems with late lorries

Would the lorry normally have mail for both DOs? If it does, maybe there's too much to get on one lorry and if so, there might be way more mail for the other office

Only your problem if you want it to be, you have a start & finish time.

It would depend on the drivers 318, he is probably on time which is "your late time" he might have been early according to his 318 when he shouldn't have been.

Or the runs have been changed, that's really the management's problem not yours, you have a start and a finish time.
